Chain disconnect from the game (error 90002)

Date & Time: Since 04 July 2017, 8pm CEST. That time is when i log back in, in the morning i did Deltascape V1 to V3 without any issue, disconnected in deltascape lobby and when i logged back in, i kept getting disconnected from Deltascape V4

Frequency: Everytime i try to do instanced content, happened once also on change zone from The Fringes to Rhalgr's Reach. After further testing the problem seems to appear everywhere in fact, i though it was instance related because that what i was doing at the time, but no it happen outside of instance too, just teleporting will do it too, but happen even faster if i engage in any combat.
So i basically can't play the game right now

Class/Level: Scholar 70
Party or solo: Pre-formed group and duty finder
Zones : Deltascape V4.0, The Chrysalis
Steps:
1. Log in
2. Enter the game, do basically anything combat related, or even teleport, change zone...
3. Get error 90002 after a few seconds
4. Weirdly, if i do nothing i can stay connected...
