i started heavensward right when stormblood came out but i transfer my account to pc and my heavensward patch is on my ps4, is there a way i can get the jobs and the patch i need for my pc so i can advance to stormblood

i started heavensward right when stormblood came out but i transfer my account to pc and my heavensward patch is on my ps4, is there a way i can get the jobs and the patch i need for my pc so i can advance to stormblood
you have to reget the games for the PC including HW. There should be a FFXIV Online bundle on the store site, all your jobs are connected to your account and shouldn't get lost unless its a whole new account
