Error Message during gameplay

I keep getting this error message after I start playing and sometimes after I select my character and get the loading screen:

I have tried a lot of different things to fix this but it just keeps coming back and I honestly have no clue what it means at this point and neither do any of my more tech savvy friends.
Any help would be appreciated.
