Disconnected, over and over again

This is beyond frustrating to me, it started since yesterday before the maintenance of July 3. I can't run dungeons, instance or even remained logged in without getting stuck with the dc symbol. I can see everything going on around me but my character still with the symbol. Last time I tried running a levequest as miner and died due to the dc again, and now I can't even raise my character because I get a dc symbol as soon as I get on. I have tried restarting modem, router, changing DNS and nothing works. I have no lag and I'm from the Caribbean. I don't know what to do anymore. Please if anyone can suggest anything, I would appreciate it
