Vista in leatherworker's guild

Has anyone been able to reach this vista since the release of Stormblood? I've been at it for a while. I move to the shelves past the stairs in the back of the guild, sprint, and then try to jump to the frame, but I don't seem to be able to reach it. I even wait for the tiny pause that occurs when you've hit the very edge of a platform before jumping. I'm wondering if anything was changed with regards to sprint or jump that might make this more difficult or impossible.

I've confirmed it, on both NIN (for the small speed boost) and also BLM. Completely doable.
