Onion Gear

I have been playing on and off since open beta, and I remember Onion gear being a lot easier to come by back towards the early days of the game. I really want a full set on a character I made a few months ago, but in all the dozens of faction leves I've done I've only ever even seen the Gaskins. Why is it so hard to get these days? Did SE change how you get it?

They still drop from the coffers at the faction leve end.

I guess I'll just keep trying then. I haven't even seen coffers on the faction leves I've done on this character, but I think that's an issue for a different thread. Thanks for the response.

They occur more frequently on 100 point horn and hand leves.
