Mogstation World Transfer Error

So for the past couple weeks, my GF and EB partner has been trying to transfer off Balmung to join me on Goblin (I went ahead to scout things out.) and she has been getting the same "World transfer is unavailable or the website is currently under maintenance. Please try again later." message for weeks. We were hoping the recent mogstation maintenance would fix the issue but as of this morning. It is still occurring.

We have contacted support, GMs, and everything under the sun we can ask and they have all given us very little info, saying it is a backend issue and that they will look into it. This was a couple weeks ago and so far, we've heard nothing but canned responses. So, I am mostly posting this to both get the word out and to see if anyone else is having this issue.

If anyone can help or knows a workaround (If there even is one.) that would be a huge help and thank you for taking the time to read.
