Can't Abandon Ties that bind quest

Steps:
1. Partner is unavailable or does not play anymore
2. I am at the part of the quest of Ties that bind where I need to choose a date and time to get married
3. I have 2 types of promise bracelets but the Sanctum Acolyte will not accept either.

I can't abandon the quest The Ties that Bind even when I have 2 types of promise wristlets (Standard & Platinum). The sanctum acolyte NPC does not recognize them both to cancel the ceremony.
