Considering server transfer for raiding

I'm currently on Tonberry (JP), but am considering transferring to an NA server for better ping and a raid static for my RDM. I'm leveling other jobs to 70 and gearing them as well. I've played since 1.0 and led a raid group from 2.0 up to Savage Alex 1-4, successfully clearing prior to any content nerfs. Only four or five groups managed to do this prior to November on our Server. I'm in (MST) and am available pretty much every evening after 6pm until 1am. I'm not necessarily looking for a hard core group as I feel confident that the raid content will not require the same level of time commitment that A4S did.
