Can you receive the New Character (lv30) 1,000,000 gil bonus with Tales of Adventure?

According to Square Enix, due to congestion, they have created New Servers. These new servers have bonuses in order to attract players to that server. One of the bonuses is 1,000,000 gil if you attain level 30 on a new character made there. Tales of Adventure is a purchase-able $25.00 boost via Mogstation that instantly levels your character from Level 0 to Level 60. I was wondering if anyone knows you can get a 1,000,000 gil bonus for "leveling", or in this case, boosting a character to 60. Technically I didn't level it, but I am still past level 60 if I used the boost in the new server for the new character.
