Patch 4.01 download broken

I dont know where else to post this bug report but i'm sure i'm not the only one about to report it. Involving failed patch download via the launcher.

Steps:
1. Login from launcher
2. begins download and gets to about 10% and freezes, it think, then gives the error:
"Unable to update the patch files.
[1106][20815][20866][19900][32]
C:/program files/.../ffxiv_dx11.exe"

*** after rebooting the download worked fine, could have just been congestion or an issue with my pc somehow even though i had been playing 4hrs ago.
