Once More, to the Ruby Sea

Area and coordinates: Kugane
Steps:
1. Received quest 'Once More, to the Ruby Sea'
2. Watched cutscene with Gosestsu and rest of the group after he had been released
3. Need to head back to Ruby Bazaar to see Alphinaud and Tataru
4. When I walk into the office the whole room is covered with an orange circle but there's nothing in there for me to click except the door, there's no NPCs in there either.
5. According to the walk through video I saw (I only watched to see if I had missed a step) it should go straight into a cutscene, but this doesn't happen. I am unable to progress with the MSQ. GM unable to help. Am I being a bit thick and missing something really obvious?

I've tried logging out and back in, tried changing zones, tried changing classes and back - just in case!

Ooh it's working for me now! Not sure what happened but it's fixed now, so please ignore! :)
