Returning and starting fresh player looking for FC

I haven't played the game in about two years so decided it would be best to start fresh on a new server so i can relearn how to play and get a refresher on the story.

So i wanted to try and find a active but preferably on the smaller side FC to join while i level back up all my classes. I would also prefer it to be mature if at all possible. I've had my fill of WoW style goofing off guilds and would enjoy a little more mature humor.

I also don't role play or anything like that.
