The NIN change isn't really a buff due to the damage type bugfix.

I always thought SAM and RDM would get a slight nerf since they can snag the aggro from tanks early on (especially RDM) much easier than any other DPS.
But with the enmity buff for tank assume the SAM and RDM are safe for now. -
