What's the lore behind the invisible pants? Who made them? Are they a part of a legendary ninja set?

This has to do with the lore of the Emperor's New gear set, right? How it came to be? xD

But yea, this is the wrong place to post this, even though it is quite funny.

I have had the same glitch myself, where my entire stomach section was missing, revealing my undergarments to the world. (I am sure I was the only one that could see the glitch though xD)

I see nothing wrong; butts have been nonexistent since 2.0 launched.
