Looking to join or create FC

So I just got a friend into the game recently after playing for a bit myself. We're coming up to lvl 50 in ARR and are thinking about joining or making an FC to take on endgame for ARR and eventually get started with the expansions. The problem we're having comes from time constraint. My friend is going back to school in the fall and i'll be busy with other things, so we'll only be able to play every so often. On top of that we're playing catch up when a new expansion just came out. SO any recommendations for free companies that would work well with this? Alternatively, any players in the same boat willing to create an FC?

You should checkout out Astral! We are the nicest people in the world. I re-joined FF14 recently so I'm quite noob too, but they took me in, and gave me a home! =)
