Looking for Free Company

I'm looking to join a free company with a group of casual players who are looking to have fun with the game and not compete with other players (that's what PVP is for!). FFXIV is my first MMORPG and I admit I can put a lot of pressure on myself to perform perfectly in dungeons, but I don't want to join a free company whose members will dump me if I mess up.

I enjoy crafting and gathering as well as working with the magic classes and have focused on healing. I have been selling things on the market through my retainer, but never really charge anything over the price suggested as good gear can help players and I'm all about helping and hoping people enjoy themselves!

I would prefer a group in my own timezone (GMT) in Ireland, Wales, Scotland or England as I'm an English speaker. Please let me know if your group is opened and if you'd be interested in having a member like me!

Hi Emi, I am a lead of a small yet friendly & active FC called Rogue Instincts.
Although we (the leads) are Australian we are nightowls due to our work and our members come from the England/Ireland area etc. We do play in your time zone. We communicate on discord when out of the game & use the lodestone for the company forums.
We definitely do not dump people if they are messing up in a dungeon! We know all that not only us as humans but the classes in the have different play styles so instead of being rude we tell what we need or offer advice.

My partner and I started this FC about 4 months ago as we want to help our fellow adventures especially the 'beansprouts' and although we are not a big FC we are active. I just had a look at your lodestone and I agree 100% with what was written in your character profile

Hi Emi, yes being kicked out if a fc, is not the way to play, if you do badly in a dungeon, we are here to help you the best we can and solve the issue, rather than throw it away :-D
