Sargatanas Raid Questions

Raiding friends & I are considering transferring. People on our current server seem quick to jump around and trade out for the next best thing instead of committing.

Raids server-wide eventually turned into all the capable clearing groups clustered together in 1 linkshell. "Hey my group failed, I wanna clear with someone so let's go" and that's basically how it went on for months.

No one wanted to commit to a steady progression group, and it really did not sit well with us. I'm curious as to what the raid scene is like on Sargatanas, particularly the following:

1. Is it more midcore or hardcore?
2. How is the overall experience with fellow raiders? (Are people you recruit social? Do they pop into VOIP early or stay later to socialize? Does the server rely on pugging more than dedicated groups?)
3. What's the dominant attitude of the raiding community? (Upbeat, super serious, etc)
