Bad gear bonuses brake the class

Im talking about monk. His DPS mechanic is connected with the CRITS (chakra charging). But if the gear has a little amount of the CRIT RATE, it brakes the DPS mechanic of monk. I have 314 ilvl and only 1050 or CRIT RATE! Ridiculous! It is even smaller, than in 270 gear! My chakra charges only with Eternal Release or with Brotherhood, without them- doesnt! Of course we can use materia (not a big boost to be fair), but I think, that first of all the gear itself must be FAIR in the matter of a proper bonuses for a class, because without the proper bonuses the class is almost broken

Blm as well, as usual not nearly enough spell speed on the 310 gear, I'm even using some of the i300 dungeon drops to not lose that much ss. Just as usual...
