Or is it more potency and DPS overall saving them all for Carve and Spit, Siphon Strike and Souleater?
Since grit lowers damage by 20 percent for off tanking it's better to do it without activating grit
From what I understand, since DA+Bloodspiller potency in Grit is the same potency as no Grit, it's usually used in Grit to keep DPS, and outside of Grit if you have excess MP and Blackblood.
What? No. DA bloodspillers out of grit if you can because larger base potencies get a higher gain from criticals/directs, but don't worry about prioritizing them or not if you don't want to.
When you're in Grit however you want to DA every spiller. Two different scenarios.
DA C&S is the priority in or out of Grit. Out of Grit, after that, just go ham. Every single target is +140 potency. 'What' you DA depends on when C&S, Salted Earth, and Plunge are coming off cooldown, as they take priority over DA. Plunge cannot be double weaved, and DA-C&S must be double weaved. You don't want to push these attack Cooldowns back more than one GCD, and you don't want to delay your GCD trying to fit more in during the global cooldown than can fit. Some people double weave with Salted Earth, but I don't..
Crit/DH for higher base is a side-rule to follow, but oGCDs are top priority.

When out of Grit, it's actually a good damaging skill (Specially if you have Crit/Direct melds), it's not "Super" priority tho, I'd dare to say. To be honest tho, what else would you spend the blood when Delirium is on CD? And MP is not really a issue right now, as long as you're not using Dark Passenger. So, if you're playing correctly, you should be able to use it without worrying about not having MP to use DA on Syphon and Souleater.
you should only be in grit for the initial pull and a powerslash combo, and yes its worth it, priority is cns, bs, se for dark arts. delirium bw takes priority over bs
