It is possible to dodge beneficial buffs

Since patch 4.0, it is now possible to dodge beneficial buffs granted by party members including yourself. I recently experienced this in a dungeon dodging Battle Voice.

Unfortunately I don't have all the information as it was a while ago; however, it is a frequently occurring bug.

I experienced the bug on J'ioh Tia on Tonberry in a light party. It can be reproduced by casting any Bard song in a party and then applying Battle Voice. This bug has been reported elsewhere on the internet.

It has also been reported that characters can dodge their own beneficial buffs. In this case, the battle log says "the attack misses you". This problem has been reported with extremely important mechanics such as Dreadwyrm Trance on Summoner.
