What sort of 'Support' is this? I received a gift of a copy of Stormblood for PS4, retail box, which had already been redeemed according to PSN, despite the copy being sealed.
Following a conversation with support, I submitted an online form, 3 days later, I've heard nothing, does anyone have an idea what the timescales are for receiving a reply on this, I want to play ><

any reaponse you get will just be a copy paste telling you to reset your internet connection. Square does not care
Not sure what my internet connection has to do with PSN not accepting my code, anyone else had this issue or a timescale to resolution?

Support now states it can take a week to look into this.
Is this really the kind of support you give to paying customers ? :\
