Hello,
It doesn't change a lot of thing but, I'm interested to know what kind of physical damages those two abilites are doing? Piercing ? Slashing ?
Just to know because I'm curious. ;)
(Now that I think about it, rdm physical damages in general)

Anything that "delivers an attack" is physical piercing damage. Anything that "deals unaspected damage" or "deals [elemental] damage" is magic.
That's not true. Only Dragoons, Bards and Machinists deal piercing damage. Paladin, Dark Knight, Warrior, Samurai and Ninja deal slashing damage; and monks deal blunt damage.
EDIT: And to answer the OP, all RDM attacks just deal magical damage, even the 'melee' ones.
by "all" i meant all redmage attacks. I thought the OP was mainly referring to RDM.
that being said, your melee attacks are only magical if you have enough white/black mana to empower them. Without being empowered they are piercing damage (modified by dragoon's piercing debuff)
the same applied to all of your off the global. Fleche, contre sixte, Corpse-a-corps, and Displacement

edit: seems it was their embolden, which would explain why it didn't boost it, since it's not considered magic damage
Good read, but it seems the OP's comment as well as post #4 both came to the conclusion that their own embolden did not effect the oGCDs. Embolden only increases our magic damage, those are physical skills (at the time of them posting 2 weeks ago this was relatively new info)
All RDM oGCDs are piercing damage. Unenchanted melee skills also deal piercing damage, but you shouldn't be using those, and your auto attack is also piercing damage. Everything else is some type of magic damage.
