Retainers should be accessible in any area not just main cities

Not asking for the MB to be everywhere just the ability to put items up for sale from anywhere this back and forth is too time consuming when you are farming or decide to do a bit of crafting then you have to be in main city to get the items stored or just up on the MB.

This kind of defeats the purpose of retainers not just being extra inventory space instead, though. I mean, it'd be a great quality of life improvement, but...
