Ever since the release of heavensward, old 24 man content such as Crystal Tower are barely ever played anymore. Because of this, new players have a really small chance of playing those raids now. So maybe if the team were to add these fights into the dutyfinder as its own separate roulette it would encourage play on that old content.

The Crystal Tower had traffic pre-SB only really because of Relic Weapons and anyone who wasn't already burned out on Wondrous Tales. It had crossed my mind with SB and the update to WT that people who are now doing it for the first time are going to have an even WORSE time queuing for it. I think a 24-man roulette would definitely help, since, as awful as these old 24-man raids can be, a roulette exp bonus is a powerful incentive (the only reason I even touch Main Scenario roulette otherwise ew no). Aside from that, we got sort of gipped out of a 50 Roulette and a 60 roulette despite the fact that now we gotta get to 70, so its not like more experience would hurt (even if the new updates to PVP exp say square thinks differently). It'd be an adequate way for new people to actually get clears, even if they're gonna get locked out of a lot of boss battles due to cutscenes like Main Scenario roulette, especially since its almost impossible to pre-group for 24-person content.
I would love a 24-man roulette. I actually really enjoy Crystal Tower a lot because each tier is so aesthetically pleasing to me, so it's never a problem with me if people want to run it (plus I do get some entertainment over watching people die to the same simple mechanics over and over again--LotA Bone dragon and WoD in general never disappoint when it comes to this).
If they added tomestone bonuses for level 70 jobs and a nice EXP chunk for 50-69, that would incentivize the raids a lot. WT kind of helps, but a lot of people tend to just spam the roulette options or do unsynced Ex primals, and I know they may try to make the old Void Ark series relevant with the new relic weapons, just not sure if they could do that with Crystal Tower as well. So adding a roulette with incentives would definitely help keep the content alive for players unlocking it.
Wouldn't be a bad idea to do 8-man raids as well in a roulette, but Coil was never designed to be Story-mode/DF-able, so it would just be "Alexander Roulette."
