Once again they're the GM that contacts me about harassment in an instance, and once again they NEVER deviate from their script and flat out ignore questions I asked them. To be honest, next time I get them contacting me in game, I will be asking for another GM to handle the issue, as I am beyond tired of getting terrible help in game.
A GM Should not ignore important questions a player is asking because they're forcibly finishing up their script when they should be paying attention.

Maybe the GM team see all your reports and laugh at how dumb they might be. If they are not helping you, as you say, maybe it isnt as important as you think. You gotta remember, you are not the only player they have to talk to for "harassment". I put that in " because YOU may see it as harassment cause it bothers you, but it may not be as much of a harassment to the ToS. Also, if you cry wolf a lot, what do you expect from the authorities?? How bout grow a pair and use the Blacklist that is installed in the game for ppl like you? Crying about it wont fix your "issues" but doing something to ignore it can help you.
