Collectable Synthesis will not work follow up.

It has been a week since I submitted the below bug report and have not received a reply of any type. I am unable to do crafting collectable which is slowing down my leveling and preventing me from getting red crafting scrips. Please provide me some information on how to correct this. Thank You.

Area and coordinates: Idylshire, Mist
Housing: None
Steps:
1. I went to Idlyshire to do my collectables, I clcik the collectable button, the crafting log menu says "collectable synthesis". I start the craft and it still has HQ % instead of collectable %. I craft anyway and it comes out HQ not collectable.
2. I log out and back in, still same problem.
3. I exit game, restart game, same problem.
4. I move to mist, same problem.
5. I spam the collectable synthesis button on/off, still same problem.
6. I have crafted collectables today, I don't know why it started doing this nor how to fix it, please help.

Are you sure the items you're crafting can actually be made as collectables? Only a select few items can be madde as collectables, so make sure you're trying to craft the correct ones.

Yes yes and yes to every possible question, collectable synthesis does not work when I try and synth the turn ins. I was crafting Triphane Rings of Fending as a collectable, worked, then didn't and still not working. Been a week w/o a reply :*(
