PLD [LFG][MC] Raid Static - FC or LS

Relatively new to FFXIV but was MT for 3 years for my previous guild in WoW and our side-guild in Rift. Also raided as OT/MT in several other guilds and games (WildStar, Age of Conan, The Old Republic). Don't really mind doing either or have a preference, whatever makes the run easier. Just a laid back person who isn't easily offended and enjoys raiding and having a few laughs. Not interested in creating any extra drama, just clearing content.

Preferably looking to find an actual FC to join but a LS static is fine too. Currently located in the EST zone and typically available weeknights from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, weekends generally any time but my schedule is a lot less predicable from week to week.
