Log X times in "blank Region"

When they say "Log" do they mean 300 "trees" or 300 "Successful attempts"

Attempts, success doesn't matter either

I think I did more than 300 in The Black Shroud and haven't gotten it yet :/ blah I been logging for 2.5hrs with nothing :P

8 per 5 min (running and harvesting counted between each node)

300/8 = 37.8

37.8*5 minutes = 187.5 minutes /60 = 3.125 hours

meaning you must minimum use 3 hours to do it. Use a parser or something to check it.

Unless of course you find a area where all three trees are right on top of each other ( grade 3 trees does this the most) then running isnt much of a big deal, and also it helps if you know where all the nodes are :D)

Does anyone even have a parser that is modified for gathering/crafting lol ?

Harvesting doesn't count towards the logging achievement, it has it's own.

For the record, it took me 7 hours to do the rank 2 node one in la noscea, only took quick bathroom breaks every so often in between. I'm rank 50 botanist already, and I didn't have any unsuccessful attempts, most times I got the item on the first swing. The rank 1 node achievement took me about a half hour. I'm assuming the rank 3 one would be maybe 2 days and 4 and 5 a couple weeks... "Logging in the hours" was such an appropriate name for it.

Just got the Logging La Noscea III achievement. Took about 12 hours for that one.

About 125 trees or so
