Game no longer starts. Have had this issue before but it either resolved itself or tweaking nvidia control panel has worked to fix it.
Now nothing is working. If this doesnt come up, the character screen hangs at loading forever.
Something SE has done with the way it interacts with PC's now has fkd some of us over badly with this sh!t.
I do NOT use dx11. i use dx9c. always.
