can we toss our antiquated job gear?

My inventory can't take much more, but i'm fretting as to whether we'll require the items still to be in our inventory to upgrade them. Like how twine and dips work :(

Does anyone know if it's safe to drop them or...

Pretty sure I saw 70 job-gear listed on Calamity Salvager.

Why can't it go into the armoir is my question...
Couldn't our arr artifact gear go in there?

Antiquated. I have a feeling we can upgrade them later or the weapon we get.

Yep, you did. Once you open the box that gives you the Job gear, the Calamity Salvager will sell them for 1000 gil per piece.
