Issue/incorrect choice of words here?

During the line of side quests for Gyorin, in Yanxia, they refer to Eorzea several times as though that's where they are (such as in the quest No wealth like mineral wealth, when Gyofu tells Gyorin he "dragged a veritable pile of garbage across Eorzea and into our manor" or the quest Nouveau Riche, in which Gyorin proclaims people will come from all over Eorzea to buy from him now that he is a merchant)

Correct me if I'm wrong but Eorzea is the region of the western most continent Aldenard, and we are on the eastern most continent Othard, yes?
