Cannot progress Main Scenario Quest "Nadaam"

Steps:
1. Finished the duty "Nadaam" and it said "An error occured during system movement."
2. Quest now says "Talk to Cirina". And I can still find her inside the Mol Iloh building but when I speak to her she says: "You are returned from Bardam's Mettle... but alone? What of Hien and the others?" But I cannot find Hien and the others anywhere.
3. The quest marker on the map tells me to go outside the building but there isn't anyone there. I'm stuck and cannot progress further in the story. What do I do? :confused: :(

[FIX] The issue was fixed upon re-logging into my character and the cutscene was triggered by itself and now I can speak with Hien.
