World Transfer Error (Ceremony Invitation)

Good Afternoon everyone! So I have been trying to transfer worlds , for the past several weeks even prior to Stormblood. Whenever I go to the Mog Station I meet all criteria besides "You or retainers contain a Ceremony Invitation".

Things I have tried:
-Search for item commands (Nothing)
-/isearch blank invitation
-Rehired 3rd retainer to check for item
-Hovered my mouse over every single item in all retainers and myself:mad:
-Waited multiple maintenance cycles
-Deleted all my mail moogle
-Tried contacting a GM in game,but told me to come here

I have spent a lot of time and money, but there seems to be no resolution, if you have any suggestions please share.
