What use grade 2-5 Glamour Prism for?

I don't understand. I can't use "grade 2-5 Glamour Prism"?

Only I can use normal "Glamour Prism"

Explain?

you need to go to Mor Dona and trade the lvl 2-5 glamor prisms for glamor prisms

the lvl 2-5 glamor prisms were made useless at around patch 3.5
