I'm guessing she means the potential queue we could allow get locked into depending when they take the servers down. What concerns me is if they do it all at the same time, well, what is NA primtime is nearly bedtime for EU and almost morning for JP. So... it won't really do anything.

If half the people on the server are afk, but you're not, you'll be back on the server within an hour. When the world is not full, the lobby server lets 100 people log in every minute.
