PVP Icon /macroicon?

Reading the 4.0 patch notes, it's set up so that it says for example, on a PLD that /macroicon "Clemency" will set the hotbar icon to the pvp icon, but it just sets it to the PVE one. I can still use the action in a mouseover macro with /pvpaction but on the hotbar itself it shows the ability darkened and only costing 24 mana instead of the 2500.

Sorry if this doesn't belong here, not sure if it's a bug or if I'm just not doing it correctly.

/micon "Clemency" pvpaction
/pvpac "Clemency" <t>

to use pvp skills you have to write like this.
actions will be /pvpac and the icons need "pvpaction" in the end
