Can I get rid of any skills or do any become obsolete when reaching lvl 70? My two free hot bars are full and wondering how to make room.

Can I get rid of any skills or do any become obsolete when reaching lvl 70? My two free hot bars are full and wondering how to make room.
For instance do I need both Lay of the Land abilities?
I keep both of those abilities since sometimes the closest node isn't the one that's a higher level or vice-versa. But you shouldn't need them once you remember where the nodes are.
FSH doesn't get any skills that replace older ones, so there's that.
MIN and BTN get the following skills which replace older versions:
- Impulsive Appraisal II replaces the first version.
- Unearth III and Leaf Turn III replace the second version and probably the first version.
- Bountiful Yield II and Bountiful Harvest II replace the first version.
- With my current testing, Nald'Thal's and Nophica's Counsel are extremely underwhelming (usually only get 1-8% with an extremely rare 15-20), so I don't have those on my crossbar.
- Do you have the 6 Elemental Ward skills on your hotbars? I just shove them to a different bar since I rarely gather for the shards/crystals/clusters.
I took off the elemental ones. Ty for the help mag! Now I feel more comfortibld taking tgise off
