Incase you still seek info. Limsa is pretty much sold out. The other night I was browsing, and only 2 small plots left. Uh, Goblet/Uldah had plenty small, few or so medium. Lav Bed/Grid is slowly near full too. I don't think any mediums are left, just small. And of course Kugane isn't open yet. Apartments are available too. I know a couple of them had either none taken or only 1.
I actually moved to Goblin 3-4 days ago and bought myself a medium in the Goblet.
