Change Element Size on HUD Layout on PS4 not working

Hello, this is my first post on the Lodestone since joining game in December 2013. Today on June 27, 2017, I have encountered either a technical issue or a bug that involves the HUD Layout. I play the Playstation 4 version of the game and when I go into the HUD Layout, I'm unable to resize any of the UI elements with the R3 button on the Dualshock 4. Now, in the overworld, I have sprint bound to R3 and this works fine. I am also able to enter into Virtual Mouse mode by holding and pressing L1 and R3 together. It's just the UI Element resize in the HUD layout feature that isn't working for whatever reason. I hope I don't need to redownload and install the game just to have this issue resolved.

My character's name is Ty Graa and I'm located on the Ultros server. This issue was first noticed by me around 1:30PM Central time in the area of Lower La Noscea.

I had this problem too and took me ages to find that there's a setting for that! Check in the setting of the game, I think it's in the gamepads setting. There's an option to tick to enable the resize of UI with the R3 button. Make sure it is on :)

That was it. System Configuration -> Controller Settings -> Enable window zoom via R3.

How in the world it got unchecked, I don't know. But, thank you! This thread can be closed now haha.
