Leveling up past 50

This may be a dumb question but I have found the members of this forum to be both forgiving and knowledgeable. I am at level 50 for both my Black Mage and Summoner. For some reason my quests are not giving me the experience points to level up any further. I have both expansion packs installed. Any ideas?

Have you linked both expansion packs at your Mog Station?

Yeah, buying and installing the expansions isnt enough. The game needs you to register them via the mogstation to unlock the goodies they provide(like exp at and above level 50). Luckily you have a LOT of quests and dungeons to do so you can easily make up any exp you lost.

Thanks again! I took a quick look at the Mog Station but where to register the expansion packs didn't jump out at me. I'll try again. I must have missed it.

After logging in to the MogStation,

1. Click "Your Account"
2. Scroll down to the "Registration Codes" section
3. There should be a button to "Enter Stormblood Retail Code" or similar (unsure of the exact wording because the button disappears once you've registered). Click it.
4. Enter your retail code.
5. Click Next.

No Soap....it tells me that the expansion pack is already registered. Neither of my charactors gets the experience points I see on the screen. I've opened a ticket with Support...but I'm not expecting much in the way of help.

So when you look at your account on the mogstation page...

Like halfway down the first page itll say Account Status. Under that it says a type of account(mine is standard), and under account type is Version. It lists ARR, HW, and SB going down, and the different platforms going to the right. Itll have little circles in the ones you have licenses for, and little links to buy all the ones you dont. If you dont have circles next to all three then there are still codes to be registered somewhere. If you do have the circles, then you have some other issue.

Have you done all of your level 50 job quests? Not sure if it's relevant but I remember when Heavens Ward first came out and they upped the levels from 50 to 60 I didn't start getting XP on my character till I completed the new job Quests .

I believe that I have completed all my main quests. Actually my Summoner is at Level 51 so it would seem that whatever has happened has happened recently.

All my expansion packs are registered at the Mog Station so I am at a loss!
