Job Level Boost for Scholar/Summoner #misleading for new Players

I lost 25 dollars due to misleading info on your Mog Station site. You should not be selling Summoner and Scholar Job level boosts separately because they level together under the Archanist Class.

I was already an Archanist Class with Summoner and unbeknownst to me Scholar being available at the same level as my Summoner for free.

I am new to the game and bought something that I already had access to unknowingly. I am not asking for money back, only the opportunity to obtain another Job class boost.

Smn and sch are two different classes that why they are two different potions. Smn is consider a dps while sch is consider a healer and archaist has no relevance after 30 cause you have to then choose which job you want to continue as. So no you were not misleaded.

SMN and SCH are jobs, not classes. You do NOT have to choose between them - once unlocked both SCH and SMN (and ACN) are always the same level, since both jobs are based on ACN.

Sorry I mistyped I was doing that post at 7 in the morning as for op bring new that only goes so far and should do some research before dropping $25 and since I don't play smn or sch I would not know the inner details and would assume them separate jobs and then being linked like you say they are i don't see how potion would lvl one without the other.

Later: From my quick look up sch and smn have different quests which why it the way it is.

The job potions do more than just level. It completes the job quests, give you the stone, and gear to go with that job. Because of this, SMN and SCH have to be separate. Yes, it happens to be that the exp part is tied between the jobs, but last I check, that was the only thing that is linked between them. (I know, the attribute points you use to be able to put in as you level was shared, but they removed that in 4.0.)

The whole point of the Job potion is to level up. I found out that all I had to do was equip the stone and I would be level 70 Scholar like my Summoner. Therefor I just wasted 25 dollars doing something I could have had for free.
