30 minute penalty for being vote kicked? is this a thing now?

I have had 4 people tell me they have had a 30 minute penalty for being vote kicked, is this supposed to happen? is it a glitch?
Have the devs lost their minds? I cannot see anything good coming from this if it is a thing now

wow.. if this is a thing then SE is really doubling down on people's tactics ingame and wanting to change them. But more then likely it's a glitch.

I hope it is a glitch, I suggested they submit a ticket just to be sure.
I decided to start this thread to see if others are having this issue.

I was vote kicked last week as a tank. Was able to instantly queue again. Sounds like a glitch

How would that change them though? A penalty for being vote kicked would be abused constantly.

my g/f was vote kicked 3 days ago from "instert first dungeon for SB" and never got a 30 min penalty. (it was vote kick Abuse stuff she was out of mp due to panic unleashing during the zombie jellyfish things and npc getting hate.)

yes I do, i been through this stuff before. Me and my g/f live together and play together. She mains tank, I main smn. Why can't I talk about my gf? she plays more then me and doesn't want to post on the forums. I post on here when i'm on break from/at work, or on my days off. I was in the party that vote kicked her lol.

30 minute penalty for a vote-kick with the reason "harassment" has always existed.

If it wasn't a glitch i wouldn't been bothered. I mean, a vote kick is such a rare occurence in my experience
