Did They Change Leves?

I was taking both fishing leves in LL and repeating them as I've always done since 1.19 but after doing each of them 4 times they aren't moving from my journal and I can't pick them up again.

I don't know if this is a bug or a newly intended feature. I switched to Gridiana to do more fishing leves and they disappear from my inventory as soon as I complete them as they should.

Apparently I can abandon the LL leves even though they're complete, but I can't retry them. This is weird.
