If you could be so kind to help me out with some rotations for sb 4.0 for each job?

So I told myself with sb scene its my first expansion to start a fresh on all jobs and learn to do my best to play all of the effectively. I know this will get very little response, but I would like to know the links to all the best rotations for each job.

Ive looked on youtube, but most never give a descriptions move by move they just kinda show the rotation without talking. So if you guys would be so gracious can you link the best rotations you know for each job because maybe I dont have the best sources myself. Well I guess it would be 12 jobs Im not really gona try and get a rotation for the three attack abilities healers have currently. Thanks to those in advance to whom reply

for the new ones in sb are is it the hw rotations ? sorry as much as I post on the forums I hardly know how to navigate through it

thansk that should be helpful sam is one I really want to learn as I had to level it in potd which really sucks because the dps ques where horrible so I want to learn it and rdm the most Ill try and see what I can find
