How to reset attribute points?

I've been looking for the Keeper's Hymn but dont see it listed on the Flame Quarter master. Is this still in the game? How can I reset my attribute points? I'm a little confused if there is a prerequisite to buy it or if its not in the game anymore. Thanks

Not in the game anymore. They increased the trait attributes to make up for it. It's amazing because now summoner and scholar don't have to share anymore.
