Error when trying to launch(and for some reason it's in japanese)

Hey there everyone.

So today when I was about to play FFXIV, I got the following error:

I'm not sure what the issue is. My drivers are up to date, I'm closing my anti-virus when playing, I tried with dx11 and dx9 and still can't log in. Although the error when using dx9 is(or appears to be at least) a different one:

I've also tried to reset the system settings on the configuration option of the launcher and nothing. I have no idea what's going and why is it even in japanese.

I'm in the dark here.
