Game Client/Launcher - various system errors

I am currently unable to log in to the game. Game client reports "unable to complete version check"[30605][20448][10009][10019]

After several hours of trying, restarting my computer, uninstalling, downloading a new game client .exe file, re-installing, making sure my anti-virus software and firewall is off, cleaned out my disk and temporary files, still no success.

I now receive a new error message:

"FFXIV Launcher

A system error has occurred: -2146697211
HTTPS System error"

I have also submitted a support ticket

I had been playing all evening yesterday with little to no problems except for some server lag while in dungeon instances. Logged off for a few hours to sleep and eat and tried to login in today and blammo! I have this problem all of a sudden.

UPDATE***
Error message has again changed -

"FFXIV Launcher error

Unable to complete version check
[30410][30607][20459][10009][10019]"


I am getting different error messages each time
