Extremely slow download speed after purchasing Stormblood

I just purchased Stormblood this evening and got prompted to download patch 'ex2', which is a little over 3GB in size. Currently, the speed of the download is 0.02MB/s. I have Gigabit fiber Internet and my speeds around around 150Mb/s down/50Mb/s up.

Running a ping to the IP I am connected to, I am not getting any packet loss at this time. A traceroute to the IP looks like this:

I know there probably isn't much I can do on my side to alleviate this, although I was hoping I could somehow force route to another content server to download the update, because at this rate, it's going to take almost 2 days to finish the download.
