someone know how to get it ?
needed to get crafter /gathering new materia

Likely from the lvl 70 version of Wondrous Tails, similar to the Mhachi Demimatter that could be used to buy grade V crafting/gathering materia.

They drop from SB S,A Hunts.
I'm not sure if they drop from Bs

I think you're confusing crystals with cracked clusters.
